- Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project performance and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide Leadership and Team Management to the MEP design team, including mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP design aspects & maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Present design proposals and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical presentations and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Technical Expertise and Innovation.
- Establish and implement best practices, standards, and processes for MEP design.
- Oversee the integration of BIM technology within the MEP design.
- Oversee the design development of MEP systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
- Review and guide work at multi-disciplinary level, to ensure the required design quality is achieved in design and documentation.
- Planning & management of Design process from concept to detailed design including construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP designs into overall project plans.
- Oversee project resourcing, review RFPs, and prepare deliverables in line with proposals.
