As SR. ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will beresponsible for overseeing and managing shift production operations at our Orange,Texas site. You will lead a team of chemical operators, ensuring thatproduction targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocolsare followed. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive operationalexcellence will contribute to the overall success of the company and the shiftteam. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work a rotatingshift schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivityof our production processes, ensuring that products are manufactured in atimely manner and meet the highest quality standards by following allprocedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Oversee and manage a production operations team,ensuring that production targets are met.
• Lead andmotivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safeworking environment.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areasfor improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimizeproduction processes and drive continuous improvement.
• 5+ years of experience in production supervision or asimilar role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivateand inspire a team.
• Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and qualitystandards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Employee Performance and Development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Process Operations, Engineering,Business, or a related field.
• Supervisory Experiencein a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft office 365
• SAP Experience
