Requirements:

For newbies, we simply require good English, being computer literate (especially expertise in the use of MS Outlook and Excel is an asset), display analytical thinking, willingness to work in the capital markets and determination to learn.

We will teach you everything you need to process trades, even if today you don’t know anything about capital markets!

For experienced professionals, we require the same plus relevant knowledge.

A degree is desired but not critical, as a degree will never replace ambition and hard work.
