The Talent Enablement Assistant( Offboarding and Exit Matters )
The role develops and maintains an advanced understanding and knowledge of the Talent Enablement procedures and approach for assigned area(s),particularly in managing offboarding and exit matters
Your key responsibilities
- Attends to HROffboarding and Exit Mattersinquiries / requests / transactions as assigned (including inquiries or requests via cal or email) in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensures all transactions are processed, documented and delivered within defined SLAs and quality standards and that work instructions are diligently followed; escalates issues as needed
- Develops and maintains an advanced understanding and knowledge of Talent EnablementOffboarding and Exit Mattersprocedures and approach
- Processes and / or reviews more complex transactions; performs duties and responsibilities with limited supervision
- Ensures all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions
- Responds tointernal employee’sneeds and inquiries, exercises good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines
- Monitors and resolves status of service delivery queues
- Follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and reports barrier and issues to Supervisor
- Responds to emails and enquires in a timely manner
- Identifies potential areas for process improvements
- Assists with Talent Team initiatives and other projects as assigned
- Adhere to all policies and processes
Skills and attributes for success
- A graduate qualification
- Preferably with 2 to 4 years’ of work experiencemanaging Offboarding and Exit Matters
- Prior Shared Services or HR Operations experience
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer orientation; works effectively with others
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Anticipates the needs and proactively identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service
- Displays positive attitude; meets challenges and changes with an open mind, demonstrates commitment to the job
- Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills; able to exercise judgment on day to day work activities
- Takes initiative and follows through as appropriate; attentive to details; efficiently processes high volume of transactions
- Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors would be an advantage
