Your Day-to-Day
theplanning and execution of a portfolio of programs within theSalesTechnology team
Independently driving alignment and coordinating cross-functional dependencies across PayPal
identifyrequirements, dependencies, and measures of success
Estimating work effort, defining milestones, scope, dependencies, deliverables, and confirming cross-functional alignment
e.g.RACI, RAID logs, detailed project plans)
impactproject delivery, while adjusting your messaging to the needs of the target audience.

What You Need to Bring:
+years of experience delivering complexSalesTechnology programs as a program/project manager or consultant at an Enterprise scale.
Experience and knowledge ofSalesTechnology Platforms like Salesforce.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts with different areas of the business globally
Strong communicationskills with the ability to dissect complex information to align stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including agile, and the ability to drive successful execution of complex, technical projects
Bachelor's degree preferred but notrequired
PMP certification a plus
