As the CIS Discovery Lead, APJ, you will be part of CIS Growth & Strategic Programs. You will have a crucial role in driving growth and Innovation adoption among customers in the region with Custom AI Solutions

• Drive growth and Innovation adoption among customers, in alignment and partnership with cross-functional stakeholders as well as Partners.
• Ensure lighthouse customer references are being created with Custom AI adoption
• Challenge the status quo and transform engagement with customers and partners to drive Adoption and Consumption at scale.
• Define and execute Strategic Direction for your areas of responsibility.
• Act as a problem solver to address organizational and process challenges, leveraging expertise to bridge gaps.
• Drive cross location initiatives in the areas of best practices, technology, innovation, and trainings.
• Work closely with Go-to-Market and sales teams throughout the entire lifecycle of a project to successfully generate demand for SAP.
• Be an ambassador of our organization.
  

What you bring

• 10+ years total professional experience, preferably with a majority in the customer facing role.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position.
• Strong customer focused mindset and experienced in customer interactions including escalations.
• Previous experience of working in SAP industries like Consumer, Discrete Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources.
• Knowledge of SAP's Business AI roadmap, including identifying use cases and piloting AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes.
• The skills described here above are likely to have been developed with a functional background in: Consulting, Sales and Presales
