Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales-force training management experience as a must
- upper-intermediate English is a must
- Ready for Biz trips
- MS Office user (Excel - intermediate, PowerPoint - Strong)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare/adapt/developtraining material based on HQ guide and UA marketing strategy about products and sales skills development
- Develop and facilitate sales skills trainings for promoters
- Manage, align trainings calendar with partners, facilitate offline/online trainings
- Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis (field force and FSMs)
- Collaborate with Business team to identify relevant training needs
- Manage and maintain training website
- Develop and implement orientation programs for new hires
- Develop creative and innovative approaches to present training programs
- Manage field trainers team in the regions
- Control, organize and prioritize training program for regional trainers
- Conduct trainings sessions for business team on regular basis
- Facilitate knowledge and competences test of field force
- Provide knowledge and competences gaps analysis and prepare improvement plan
- Prepare reporting about trainings activities on regular basis
- Prepare competitor review about new launches and training mechanics on regular basis (online reviews and store visits)
- Maintain in-store activities (example cooking show)
- Prepare reviews about new launches
- Manage the Telegram channel
- Support and update product data in telegram bot
- Search and implement best practices in local and global markets
- Support document flow and payments education related
