- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience managing and leading complex multi-year projects.
- Ability to influence and lead without authority while successfully managing multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to work and collaborate with senior executive stakeholders and co-develop strategic roadmaps as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and written/verbal communication skills, having the confidence, gravitas and acumen to clearly articulate commercial thinking in a compelling way, persuading and influencing to gain stakeholder commitment.
