Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Nanotechnology Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Developing working specifications for Wet Cleaning or Chemical surface pre-treatment processes.
Developing working specifications for PVD/CVD or Dry Etch processes.
Evaluating and down-selecting cleaners.
Utilizing Design of Experiments (DOE) to develop and optimize process variables.
Utilizing FMEA to drive root cause on technical issues and identify mitigation paths.
Utilizing FA techniques to characterize surfaces and coating failure mechanisms.
Utilizing JMP or Tableau to analyze large volume of data.
Independently managing project from cradle to grave in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
Creating FA reports to drive technical and commercial decisions.
Collaborating with overseas counterpart to bring up equipment/process at supplier sites.
Collaborating with cross-functional partners to define process validation plans and execute through engineering builds.
Creating process control plans for contract manufacturers.
