As a Technical Program Manager, you'll work with our Cloud Platform Technology Group. You will be aligning goals with Engineering leadership and their teams. You will plan, communicate, execute, and deliver major programs, products, and solutions.

As a Program Manager II Technical, you will be responsible for:

• Managing complex technical programs that require collaboration among multiple, cross-functional groups
• Developing successful partnerships with engineering, product and program stakeholders across the organization
• Identifying areas for process improvement, architecting and proposing solutions and implementing the change management required

• Have an understanding of CDN, networking, interconnection and cloud technologies.
• Have an understanding of the data center environment
• Show the ability to learn and master new technologies quickly
• Have an established and demonstrated ability to prioritize, lead, and generate high quality deliverables
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Have good working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
