Responsibilities:
- Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
- Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and create automation of repetitive tasks
- Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary
- Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to lower level analysts
- Develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices

Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

México Data Center environment is a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires a specialist to successfully multi-task BAU, controls/audits, purchasing request and repair activities of office equipment. The priority of “daily task” activity changes often in this environment.
Responsibilities:
- This position will provide support to managers and staff within the procurement requirements relating to cost codes and general ledger.
- Support Finance team in maintaining review schedules for cost center codes impacting general ledgers
- Follow up and escalate any issues regarding payments or billing to the correct entities driving the problem to a suitable resolution.
- Manages purchasing for Data Center Site Management. Review vendor bids or proposals and selects sources based upon analysis.
- Coordinate strategic support for budget planning, analysis and identification of opportunities within various disciplines.
- Have the ability to plan for projects and initiatives by identifying risks and assumptions
- Support the new hires transition with technical and non-technical entitlement training.
- Coordinate with resources to strategically guide staff in the training modules.
- Focus on coordinating integrations of corporate approved associations, groups, workshops and seminars with emphasis on self-development.
- Assist all data center staff with the technical and non-technical functions of administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and support the set-up of Non-Employee Contractors into NEMS.
- Responsible for the review, analysis, and monitoring of procedural documentation for site management.
- Coordinate the execution of complex testing activities as outlined by the Controls Group.
- Manage and actively participate in the strategic enhancement of departmental reporting of processes and procedures.
- Ensure and support control requirements for visitor logs, employee/contractor badge requests and weekly/monthly access logs.
- Liaison between other company entities to ensure overall site controls.
- Reviews company operations, evaluating their efficiency, effectiveness, and controls with corporate policies and government regulations.
- Focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and / or originate purchasing acquisition/requisitions for equipment, hardware, software and services.
- Maintain and support database communications for the purchasing, shipping and receiving activities.
- Work regularly with the geographic diverse field staff to support the data center best practice standards
- Ensure controls with established procedures and maintain effective internal control over the physical product flow and accounting of inventory received, shipped and all other inventory areas within the site
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports as requested by the Data Center Services team
- Knowledge of PC software applications.
- Interpret complex corporate contract language, company policy and financial requirements with vendor relationships.
- Ensure and support controls requirements within vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
- Controls (3 to 5+ years of audit, legal, or controls experience. Some Accounting and IT experience is helpful.)
- Inventory Control (2+ years of warehouse and/or retail experience. Some Accounting and IT experience is helpful.)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
