This is client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice, where you’ll build client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some of the most globally recognized brands. It makes this the perfect place to gain a deeper understanding of complex businesses transactions, all the while recommending solutions to some of the most pressing business challenges and process inefficiencies. You'll also team with our performance improvement professionals in multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients transform and sustain business performance. The team is focused on leveraging emerging technologies like Robotics, AI, Advanced Analytics to enhance various Internal Audit and internal control solutions being provided to the client and actively work in building multiple tools and assets for efficient and effective client delivery. Your key responsibilities

Delivery

Conduct test of controls for multiple processes across client(s)Participate in process discussions and walkthrough meetings, and prepare process flows / narratives and risk & control matricesProvide regular status update to teammates on the controls testedDocument testing workpapers as per the defined standards and quality benchmarkMeet quality guidelines within the established turnaround time (or allotted budget) for assigned requestsDemonstrate application and solution-based approach to problem solving while executing client engagements and documenting working papersAccess the documents and perform testing in Mandarin

Client Management

Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teamsMaintain excellent rapport and proactive communication with the client

People related

Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation.Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.

Skills and attributes for success

Mandarin language skillset required: Reading, writing, speaking and understandExceptional command on spoken and written Mandarin and EnglishHighly analytical, organized and meticulous consulting skillsStrong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, Auditing, or similar work experience in similar industry)Proficient in MS-Office Suite, data analysis & validationTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize deliverables effectively in order to achieve optimum results.

To qualify for the role, you must have

1-5 years of work experience of professional firm or professional industry experience in risks & controlsDegree in Business, Accounting, Auditing OR MBA (Master’s in business administration)Understanding of risks, controls, SOX and COSO frameworkStrong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, Auditing or similar)Exceptional command on spoken and written Mandarin and EnglishTeam player with strong interpersonal skills
