What you’ll be doing:

  • You will lead and mentor a high performing team to partner closely with EStaff, hiring leaders, HRBP's and HR Partners to develop recruiting strategies aligned with NVIDIA's brand, culture and core values to attract, engage and hire the world's best talent while delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences

  • Drive end to end recruiting processes from building creative sourcing solutions using AI tools and other inventive approaches, building and diversifying the candidate pipeline, ensuring quality of hire practices, offer negotiations and closing to overall candidate engagement

  • Use analytics and data-driven insights to optimize the hiring process and achieve results and decisions

What we need to see:

  • Trusted, collaborative and supportive leader with 7 plus years’ recruiting leadership experience mentoring and developing high performing teams supporting Sales, G&A Operations, and IT organizations

  • 12 plus years’ recruiting experience with tried experience developing and scaling recruiting strategies with strong partnerships with senior leaders, hiring leaders, and partners in the in growth global tech companies

  • Proven experience in recruiting top professional and leadership talent while creating outstanding experiences

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, drive programs, influence change and adoption with senior management, hiring leaders, recruiting teams and partners in matrixed and global organizations

  • Sound knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, compliance, and proven expertise in implementing forward-thinking recruiting initiatives

  • Analytical, detail oriented, strategic and operational

  • Resilient, agile and fast-moving leader who is committed to a "team first approach and driven to exceed expectations with outstanding oral and written communication skills and ability to present insights and strategies with clarity and impact

  • Experience in leading with data, analytics and insights to guide decisions and optimize outcomes

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • You will be expected to be onsite in Santa Clara a few days a week
