- 10 years of experience in consumer-facing product design or UX.
- 5 years of experience in a management role with direct reports.
- Experience working with Designers, Researchers, Developer, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment.
- Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android, and iOS.
- Ability to lead in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, within a user-centered design process.
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
