What you’ll do:

Duration:6 -12 months

part time - full time 20hrs./week - 40 hrs./week

What you bring:

• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deeply understand project requirements and user needs

• Design Cutting-Edge Interfaces : Create and iterate on user interfaces for innovative projects, ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes

• Fast and Iterative Prototyping: Engage in rapid prototyping cycles to test and refine designs based on user feedback

• Conduct User Research : Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to perform user research, gaining critical insights into user behavior and preferences

• Translate Research into Design : Convert research findings into actionable design insights, influencing product strategy and design decisions throughout the discovery and development lifecycle

• Hands-On Design Experience: Gain practical experience by working on user interfaces for cutting-edge projects, directly impacting product development

• Master Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

• Currently pursuing a degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects

• A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences

• Proficiency in English is essential

• Knowledge of the business process management or process mining world is a plus
