Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
  • Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
  • Assists in research and data collection
  • Develops and maintains a good understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor offering to specific markets
  • Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time
  • Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
  • Collaborates with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for expansion and new product launches
  • Conducts comprehensive analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviour
  • Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements
  • Takes on the role of industry influencer in Saudi Arabia’s Payments industry by actively participating in events and associations while driving thought leadership

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Understanding of basic analytics tools
  • Good understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Effective communication skills for presenting ideas, plans, and strategies to a diverse audience
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and scans to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences
