And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.If you have experience leading product design of mechanical products, have an extensive understanding of liquid cooling solutions in data centers, and know how products should be manufactured to ensure quality, you may be a good fit. This role requires the ability to lead a team in developing detailed mechanical equipment specifications and evaluating the merit and risks of design changes.Key job responsibilities
- Lead innovative, high-performance teams of technical associates under challenging timelines
- Demonstrate strong engineering judgment and ability to provide recommendations despite uncertainty
- Apply data-driven and detail-oriented approaches to problem-solving
- Utilize extensive experience and knowledge in mechanical engineering, product development, and liquid cooling technology- Build trust and develop relationships with different stakeholders (e.g., reliability, operations, design, compliance)
- Manage concurrent projects across multiple geographic zones
- Communicate complex systems in clear and concise language

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering. Will also accept equivalent domain specific technical experience in lieu of a degree.
- 7+ years in data center design and product development/HVAC design/related product development.
- 5+ years managing teams of 5-25 high performing associates with a proven track record of success and growth

- Masters or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
- Capable of managing a team where the problem, opportunity, and strategy may not be defined. Influences strategy; able to design the right workforce strategy to meet long-term targets and needs.
- Deep understanding of liquid cooling infrastructure in data center environments
