They are looking for partners to help them address their clinical, operational and financial challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- In collaboration with the Solutions Architect, establish a project charter and plan for each engagement component with clearly stated and agreed upon goals & objectives.
- Own execution of the components of a Solutions offering as part of a contract or mission, management the project delivery, alignment with stakeholder (internal and external).
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Solutions Delivery Team (local but also EMEA) to define, plan and execute the implementation of projects and service programs for Healthcare Solutions customer hospitals.
- Bring domain expertise, such as process re-engineering, analytics, change management and digital/software platform implementation to the delivery of outcome-driven projects
- Core member of Solutions customer account delivery teams and participate as needed in the commercial process for potential engagement opportunities as a domain expert
- Work under the Cluster Solutions Delivery Leader to refine delivery methodologies, optimise outputs and share learnings and best practices
- Track and report on key metrics to the Cluster Solution Delivery Lead, aligned with overall goals & objectives. Ensure that gains and savings are accurately tracked for the customer.
What we are looking for in you:
- Proven experience in consulting activities, preferably in a healthcare setting, over a number of years.
- Experience in the implementation or application of digital/software platforms within hospital/clinical settings
- Experience in supporting patient, clinical and other hospital teams to adapt to new digital systems
- Knowledge of Lean and process optimisation methodologies as well as strong analytical base skills to be able to resolve complex issues in creative ways.
- Strong communicator internally and externally able to articulate clearly to a varied group of stakeholders both verbally and through well-compiled slides/dashboards
- Builds networks and partners collaboratively with peers.
- Creative thinker, comfortable in challenging existing practices and the status quo.
- Change oriented, able to operate in an area of uncertainty and with changing/limited resources.
- Self-starter, capable of work independently
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or MSc ( preferred), in a technical or clinical subject
- Lean/six sigma experience is desirable
- Fluency in local language (German) and a fluent level of written and spoken English, further knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time in the DACH-NL region
- Tableau knowledge is a plus
