In this role, you will:
- Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Support communication efforts.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Assess the change impact.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Support process improvement initiatives and internal and external customers
- Review, research, compile information, test and evaluate process and workflow data as directed
- Oversee process requirements while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards
- Provide operational and analytical support for Process Engineers
- Identify and assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities and make recommendations based on analyses
- Interact with business subject matter experts to determine information and details in support of research and evaluations
- Prioritize responsibilities to support initiatives
- Facilitate process updates with business partners, ensuring the process provided to business complies with policies and regulations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Process Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 6+ to 10 years' of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Hands-on experience on Incident, Change, Problem Management
- Certifications in Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma
- Expert knowledge in the practices of Change Management
- Good knowledge in Configuration Management
- Good knowledge in Requirements Management
- Fair knowledge in concepts of Project Management
