· Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workfront, leading the configuration, customization, and continuous optimization of the platform to meet marketing needs in partnership with IT partners and stakeholders.
· Manage day-to-day operations and all marketing compliance activities to ensure ethical operations and adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
· Establish and maintain a robust governance while driving tool adoption and ensuring best practices.
Training and Support· Develop and lead workshops and trainings to enhance platform and ecosystem utilization across the organization.
· Participate in Beta testing with vendors to analyze new features and internal testing.
· Provide ongoing support, office hours to team members on Workfront functionality and troubleshoot issues.
· Responsible to building and managing communication plan on progress, updates, new features, roadmap, best practices, and training opportunities to stakeholders.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Articulate the product vision and strategy to all levels of the organization effectively.
Operational excellence· Identify and address operational problems, inefficiencies, and suggest processes needed and solutions and provide general maintenance.
· Ensure proper documentation and updating of business rules, functional, business, and technical requirements while overseeing processes and workflows.
· Conduct monthly product councils and quarterly business review meetings to gather and prioritize outcomes and share strategic roadmaps with sponsors and stakeholders.
Process Innovation & Improvement· Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth implementation of new marketing processes, new features in tools to drive user adoption.
· Synthesize analyses, develop new processes and strategic frameworks, and conduct research to construct compelling, detailed, and actionable recommendations for our stakeholders.
· Stay up to date on the latest marketing technologies, process improvement methodologies, and industry trends, ensuring that the tool and marketing teams are up to date and equipped with the best tools.
· Align stakeholders, manage product roadmaps, coordinate user-acceptance testing, drive user adoption, and advocate for the product.
· Work closely with marketing and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of Workfront tool projects, from inception to completion.
· Act as the liaison between marketing and IT for technology-related projects, ensuring marketing's needs are fully understood and met.
Reporting and Dashboard Management:· Develop metrics and reports to improve workflow and resource management to enable end users’ ability to track marketing project performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
· Conduct regular audits to license usage and performance ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Workfront and other marketing platforms.
· Track engagement with the platform and analyze usage trends by function, geography, and business unit. Proactively share user engagement metrics and insights with Marketing and Digital leadership, identifying opportunities to deliver value throughout the organization.
