Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contributing to the delivery of processes, solutions and/or projects, by delivering agreed activities, researching and presenting relevant information to inform recommendations.
  • Accountable for delivering own work and meeting required targets which impact the immediate team.
  • Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)
  • Responsible in requirement gathering/analysis, prepare test scenarios & test scripts based on the requirements, execute the planned test cases and report the defects in tracking tool and ensure its closure through STLC process.
  • Participate in the status calls, Scrum calls and client meetings.
  • Train the new resources in the project and help them in all possible ways.
  • Hands on experience on test management tools like JIRA & ALM.
  • Status reporting to various stakeholders

Skills Required:

  • Should have experience on any of Non-Financial domains like Consumer Products and Retail, Health and Life Science, Telecom, Media and Entertainment, Oil and Natural Gas, Power and Utilities, Manufacturing etc.
  • 3-5 Years of experience in Quality Engineering
  • Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to articulate concisely & clearly.
  • Good to have experience in Content management testing using tool like AEM, eWizard etc.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Competent technical skills
  • The ability to work in a team and individually
  • Organisational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines
  • Passion for working with technology.
