Your Day to Day
Consult with clients to understand their business priorities, operational challenges, and technical infrastructure.
Design best-in-class solutions and develop test cases and launch plans for client integration opportunities.
Collaborate with integration engineering teams to oversee the successful enablement of new client integrations.
Work with internal teams (compliance, risk, security, customer support, business operations) to ensure seamless product launches.
Identify product or functionality gaps and work with internal product and technology teams to enhance our offerings.
Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and supporting their growth within the company
What You Need to Bring
Prior experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Pre-sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
Strong ability to communicate and build relationships at the C-level, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Fluency in French & English
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address client pain points.
Experience using consultative methodologies to influence solution design and solve integration challenges.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with parallel timelines, and work in a global and remote environment.
Expertise in Web and Mobile development technologies (iOS, Android): JavaScript, Node.JS, PHP, Java, REST, SOAP, NVP, Webhooks.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of online payment processing across web, mobile, and in-store.
Experience working with enterprise organizations, particularly in e-commerce, shopping carts, and payment gateways.
Familiarity with system discovery, requirements gathering, and systems architecture.
