Technical Excellence

• Confident & comfortable with handling managerial & executive level communications related to resource allocations and deployment
• Executing to complete projects\ roll out reports as per assigned timelines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ensure that as an approach all defined allocation protocols & Resourcing protocols setup are followed
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to establish relationships with all levels of management and employees
• Strong organization skills and ability to design and follow systematic processes
• Excel & Power point knowledge is must
• Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processes
• Ability to take decision in time sensitive ambiguous situations

Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience

• Assess team options and make decisions on staffing assignments
• Communicate appropriately
• Proactively understand the pipeline of work with current and potential clients
• Work with the staffing leads and recruiting leads to identify and monitor capacity
• Current and future staffing levels as they evolve over the project duration, and staffing constraints, if any
• Developmental goals and expertise areas
• Able to analyse data and draw insights
• Proficiency in creating reports through multiple source of data
