Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in data analytics.
7 years of experience managing a team of sellers.
Experience in sales, delivering Data and Analytics software or solutions.
Experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory sales strategy and sales programs, and developing mechanisms to scale a business in a market.
Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analytics middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies.
Understanding of data analytics technology stack (e.g., Hadoop/Spark Data lakes, Columnar Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL and Data Governance, Predictive Analytics, OLAP, and Data Science Framework).
Familiarity with Google Cloud Data and Analytics offerings (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, DataProc, PubSub, etc.).
Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in data and analytics.
Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
