As a Supplier Manager in theThird Party Management Center of Excellence(TPM CoE), you will lead several, cross-functional initiatives to enable a well-managed and adaptable supply chain. You will work closely with teams across the enterprise and maintain relationships with internal business customers. This role will be responsible for supporting the Third Party Manager community by documenting and sharing best practices and stepping in to resolve recurring problems that are raised by the TPM Community. As a representative from the TPM CoE, you will help prioritize areas that need improvement and also present regularly to the ESM leadership on any areas where you need additional executive level support. You will work with several stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and with a high level of quality.
In this role, you will have a direct responsibility of strategically shaping the future of how ESM manages third parties. This will involve leading training programs, including Elevating Third Party Management (eTPM) for new associates and helping to build the content for additional training that will kick off in 2025. This will also include providing subject matter expertise when designing or improving third party management processes and procedures.
Key responsibilitiesinclude:
Strategic Thinking:Leverage critical thinking skills to ideate future state solutions and best practices for third party management. Lead workshops to create and design innovative solutions
Training: Create, lead, and facilitate robust training programs for new and experienced Third Party Managers. Present to TPM leadership on new training opportunities and concepts as well as partnering closely with the ESM Learning & Development team on establishing effective training practices
Leadership:Teach, facilitate and coach Third Party Managers to deliver strong outcomes and manage their supplier portfolios with a risk focused approach
Driving Intent:Represent the TPM community in several cross-functional forums to define new intent coming into ESM and provide feedback on the level of impact to the TPMs
Process Management:Support the CoE with documenting current state processes, identifying gaps, and proposing future state solutions
Communications:Deliver strong communications plan for the TPM community and share upcoming training opportunities
Influence:Exercise influence across multiple domains to drive process improvements and adoption via presentation and storytelling skills
Note: Limited travel may be required
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Project Management, Process Management, or a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Operations Management, Risk Management
