About the role

The medical supplies warehouse analyst in Chile plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe management of medical supplies, ensuring that hospitals and clinics have the necessary materials to provide timely and quality care to patients.

Your responsibilities will include

• Responsible for carrying out the administration of the warehouse.
• Develops and executes an action plan for each customer.
• Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply and BU) to resolve customer requests.

Required qualifications:

• A background in administration, logistics or sourcing is required. Other careers are accepted as long as the candidate meets the job profile.
• Relevant business experience of more than 4 years in the same or similar functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, planning and strategic thinking skills.
• Relationship with all BU and logistics partner.
• Position based in Santiago, Chile.
• Interest in sourcing, warehousing, logistics.
• English (intermediate level) spoken and written.
