Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
8 years of experience in a business operations, program management, or similar role within a technical or engineering environment.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional or cross-team projects and programs.
Experience defining business requirements and driving operational efficiency (e.g., business strategy, data analysis, metrics and insights, process improvements, business acumen).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in computer science, networking, or engineering, or practical experience in a technical environment.
Experience with organizational effectiveness and change management best practices.
Experience collaborating the development of new software tools and process-based solutions.
Experience in developing recommendations and collaboratig key decisions across business leadership and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work comfortably at high velocity in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills, including executive level communication and visual representations of data.
