Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience in a business operations, program management, or similar role within a technical or engineering environment.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional or cross-team projects and programs.
- Experience defining business requirements and driving operational efficiency (e.g., business strategy, data analysis, metrics and insights, process improvements, business acumen).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in computer science, networking, or engineering, or practical experience in a technical environment.
- Experience with organizational effectiveness and change management best practices.
- Experience collaborating the development of new software tools and process-based solutions.
- Experience in developing recommendations and collaboratig key decisions across business leadership and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work comfortably at high velocity in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills, including executive level communication and visual representations of data.
