- Build management system to ensure technical requirements are aligned with business needs and are resourced and sequenced appropriately. Provide relevant executive communications tied to project status- Monitor the performance and reliability of the systems involved in content production, implementing improvements as needed to optimize operations
- 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering management, technical program/product management, program delivery or a similar role
- 5+ years of people management experience, including performance management, recruitment and organizational design
- Track record of on time delivery of high quality, complex technical initiatives across global product & engineering teams, including remote vendors
- Previous programming experience. Knowledge of command line interface (CLI), terminal tools, scripting, version control tools such as git, as well as database management and API integrations
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience building AI/ML products
- Role models inclusive leadership behaviors and builds, develops and retains diverse teams
