Responsibilities
  • Experience developing E2E content strategies to maximize audience engagement on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others, all while driving organic traffic.
  • Strong storytelling abilities in both written and visual formats, excelling at converting complex tax concepts into engaging and compelling content/videos that facilitate clear communication to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, Communications, Marketing Strategists to execute successful campaigns.
  • Knowledge of trends in content marketing, social platform capabilities and trends and SEO strategies, including the integration of AI tools in the content creation process.
  • Develop video content strategies that aim to improve our search visibility, focusing on trending topics that resonate with our target audience.
  • Strong communicator, clearly articulating our strategies, goals and performance to business leaders
  • Strong analytical mindset to understand content performance across platforms and implement continuous optimizations
  • Experience with the Word Press platform required.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in content marketing, publishing or communications
  • Proven ability developing content strategies across multiple platforms, formats and audience segments
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong ability to turn data points and analytics into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance, and to summarize key information for senior leaders
  • Experience in visual storytelling that moves seamlessly between different digital channels
  • Customer obsessed with a drive to create highly engaging content
  • Ability to influence across a matrixed organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • At the forefront of content marketing with proven experience leveraging the latest tools and technologies to accelerate velocity
  • Hybrid Role: 2-3 days in office/week
