Your daily responsibilities will include:
o Completing end-to-end contract management actions, from submission through storage, with a focus on building efficiencies using digital workflows and many other innovative legal processes.
o Assisting with the development of presentations and training materials on legal topics.
You will report to the Manager, Marketplace Legal. You will also collaborate with cross-functional Legal and business teammates, and other support functions such as Procurement, Finance andTechnology. Yourwork may include matters for our Jordan Brand division and Converse affiliate. You will build relationships with colleagues and other parties having a wide range of expertise, communication styles and needs.
o Bachelor’s degree required
o A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a paralegal, contract specialist or similar support role in a law firm, corporate law department or large company
o Demonstrated experience drafting and managing a wide range of contract types under tight deadlines
o Flexibility and willingness to take on and organize projects in new or unfamiliar areas
o A bias for action and ability to work independently within a complex international organization
o Strategic mindset to continuously find new ways of efficiently contracting
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels and to diverse audiences
