Key job responsibilities
• Monitor and manage real-time operations of Amazon Clinic through Control Tower dashboard
• Handle customer chat interactions and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns
• Track provider availability and consultation flow to maintain optimal service levels
• Generate and distribute daily operational reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas of improvement
• Identify and escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve service delivery challenges
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 1+ years of operations experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
