Key Responsibilities:

• Execute business control process for Market areas; translate risks and opportunities into actions following business principles
• Support Supply Review with relevant Master Planning (MP) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place
• Support level loading execution for respective areas, i.e., Pre-seasonal activities and Pull forward process (PF) etc.
• Responsible for the creation and distribution of operational reports in PowerBi

• Internal Systems Proficiency : Comfortable with learning and using internal systems, including Supply Chain Planning and Execution software applications.
• Service-Minded Attitude : Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset with focus on supporting team and stakeholders needs
• Exceptional Communication Skills : Highly skilled in conveying complex information clearly and effectively across various platforms.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office and SAP. Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus.
• Language Skills : Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Team Collaboration : A committed team player who works well with others to achieve common goals.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus
• 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries
