The position
The ADAS Algo group is looking for a Project Manager.
What will your Job look like:
- Acting as a bridge between various algorithm teams and supplier teams- primarily data suppliers- you will engage daily with developers, product managers, project managers, engineers, and others.
- Ensure that information flows effectively, focus and priorities are maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly- often with your direct involvement.
- Your role will be to stay focused from start to finish, think creatively to find solutions, and guide all team members toward successfully achieving the defined goal.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a technical or cross-team leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead activities in an organized development environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Hands-on experience with Jira -advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
