DESCRIPTION

The role is responsible for launching, incubating and scaling the AWS Support partners across the APJC region aligned to the AWS Partner program. You will build and run APJC wide sales initiatives and campaigns that will impact the entirety of our partner community and help partner build stronger support practice using AWS capabilities. You will create business plans and feed customer voices back to the product team for improvements as required.Key job responsibilities
• Planning, developing, and executing Go-to-Market strategies for Partner growth on AWS Support offerings
• Field enablement on various AWS Support offerings and its value proposition to customers
• Develop and manage multiple Sales and Partner Leadership stakeholder relationships, relentlessly earning trust by aligning and executing on initiatives that support both sales and partner strategies.
• As the voice of the partner, engage with AWS partner sales, AWS Support leaders to support the growth of the partner by development of new capability and services
• Measure and track the goal attainment on a monthly basisAbout the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
