Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Business Operations, PMM) to develop enablement, training and roll-out plans for the Ads commercial operating model, systems and workflows for streamlined and effective sales operations
Partner with the Account Management and Ad Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of our operating model and identify ongoing opportunities for improvement
Develop communication plans that support the operating model systems, processes and workflow roll out
Support the maintenance & evolution of the Account Management and Ad Ops onboarding path & reference materials
Report on success metrics and draw insights from the data
Experience:
Excellent project and stakeholder management, presence, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience facilitating training or other related activity
Understanding of Ads sales operating models, workflows, systems and processes
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000-420,000.
