3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with calendar management over international timezones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
Ability to collaborate and communicate across a range of people and job functions.
Ability to adhere to an expectation of confidentiality on all business matters.
Ability to handle multiple priorities independently with attention to detail and excellent organisation skills with ability to project manage.
