As part of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team, that’s exactly what you’ll do. Working with talented associates, you’ll provide oversight and effective challenge to help ensure that our businesses effectively manage operational risk. Responsibilities:
Provide challenge to the first line of defense’s risk-taking and risk assessments
Ensure results of challenge activities are properly documented and communicated, and perform detailed data analysis to identify risks, problem areas, and development/completion of remediation plans
Lead analysis on risk information to gain risk insights
Develop ad-hoc analysis, deep dive investigations and drive specific risk initiatives as needed
Work with Operational Risk management to execute and enhance an enterprise-wide Process Management & Execution & Change Management oversight program
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of financial services risk management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Business Management
2+ years of financial services risk management experience
2+ years of experience in Client Consulting
2+ years of experience in a combination of Project, Process or Change Management
Experience using Google Suite Products
Experience in business analysis and data visualization using tools such as Tableau
Ability to analyze, problem solve and deliver effectively by understanding key stakeholder’s needs, and driving decision making/resolution through a consensus building approach
Results orientation with the capability to quickly develop organizational awareness and culture within the company to effectively navigate and deliver outcomes
