As a Principal Developer Content Program Manager, you will help developers discover, learn, and use our products to create amazing experiences for their customers by managing content creation workflows with different teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for developers of all levels and backgrounds.

This role will drive the delivery and strategy of various content types, such as blog posts, webinars, and product demos for different channels and topics in B2Ccommunications, andwill play a role in driving a seamless developer experience with content across our products. In this role, you will set tone and general content creation guidelines, improve customer experiences around these resources, and work with platform stakeholders to coordinate with product release announcements that will drive product adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • years experiencein program management, digital content publishing and management, or experience in a writing or editing role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in content development and management for cloud-based communication services or related products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 9+years experiencein program management, content publishing/management, or experience in a writing or editing role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years recent experience with digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training, online ads).
  • 3+years experienceworking in a complex, matrixed organization.

Content Delivery, Experience, and Strategy

  • Drives content delivery for multiple key areasof the business including blogposts, webinars, and product demos whileinfluencingdivisional content strategy across channels, modalities, and topics.
  • Utilizes data-driven recommendations to ensure a holistic user experience acrossACS’sproduct portfolio anduse cases.
  • Setscontent guidelinesandgoals,while influencingthe overallcustomer experiencediscovery around this content.
  • Consults and coordinates with keyplatformstakeholders and teams to align with product release timelines.
  • Editorializescontent themes and experiences through content curation in response toindustry B2C customer engagementtrends.

Driving Business Impact and Continuous Improvement

  • Creates content development procedures for content campaigns to quickly achieve content development goals and audience targets for the organization.
  • Definesobjectivesand keyaudienceresults andmonitorstheir impact on Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI).
  • Monitors success and makes recommendations based on the performance ofobjectives.
  • Provides feedback to third-party agencies and managers asneeded.
  • Stays current with feature and productexpertiseto act as a consultant for functional teamsin the context of product adoption.

Audience Exposure

  • Works closely with ACS Partner and Customer Success on the Go To Market side, overseeing technical content development to enable effective selling through technical partner stakeholders.
  • Leverages knowledge of thedigital contentlandscape to direct changes to programming tactics and strategies.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities and plans, organizes, and coordinates activities todrive awareness and customer leadsat industry/third-party events.


andProgram Management:

  • Consults and coordinates across teams and divisions for general content delivery and delivery related to release management.
  • Drives communication of content status and performance to cross-functional and/or cross-organizational teams.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to design and enhance customer and content experiences.
  • Directs vendors to produceand fulfillspecific contentneeds and definesbusiness-specific KPIs for vendors and collaborates withstakeholders to ensureReturn on Investment (ROI).
  • Serves as a point of contactaround all public-facing technical content.
