Be responsible for managing and resolving all IT Finance application incidents and service requests related to Oracle Hyperion On-Prem and EPM/PPM, acting as the primary point of contact for these systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within the IT Finance systems.
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for incident resolution and service restoration.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Manage and maintain tools & documentation related to incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles. Including workflows for Service Now, JIRA, & other incident management tools
Enhancement Management:
Manage and deliver minor enhancements to the Oracle Hyperion On-Prem and EPM/PPM systems, including configuration changes, data migrations, and integrations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope for minor enhancements.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of enhancements within budget and scope.
Use Agile defined methodology as defined by BSC standards
System Administration:
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including backups, upgrades, and security patches.
Ensure data integrity and compliance within the IT Finance environments.
Manage and coordinate activities with Third Party Run Support/Managed Service team.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including project managers, program managers, and business analysts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns.
Process Improvement:
Own Forecast/AOP and Consolidation cycle coordination.
Work along with IT Finance business owners to support business processes.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
Develop and maintain best practices for IT Finance Applications usage and support.
Oversee the work of a team of direct report employees
Ensuring alignment with company goals and standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT Program and Project Management with a strong focus on EPM/PPM tools (e.g. Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Planisware, Anaplan).
Proven experience in managing and resolving IT incidents and service requests.
Strong understanding of Corporate IT frameworks and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience managing direct reports a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Jython, Groovy, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
