Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee the financial operations of two lines of business within the HSS GBE portfolio
•Drive profitability and growth through effective financial management
•Manage deal financials, pricing, and margins to maintain a competitive position
•Serve as the finance leader for new product introduction (NPI)
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial success for new product launches
•Run the organization of Sales, Offering Management, Operations, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Collections in partnership with the VPGM Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and planning
•Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
•Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities We Value:
•Experience in the aerospace, defense, transportation, industrial, or semiconductor industries
