Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Qualcomm PC business, expand the business and share continuous growth. Good relationship with the executives of PC ODMs.

  • Achieving quarterly and annual business development and revenue targets with a strong focus on current and new customers

  • Build strategies to drive Qualcomm PC market share in China customers.

  • Good relationship with executives of key customers and vendors.

  • Able to convince executives of customers to keep investing on Qualcomm solution.

  • Define PC strategies by deep analysis of company product roadmap and market dynamics - market trends, competition, supply chain. Create and maintain market and competitive analysis, forecasts and finding trends in the industry.

  • Capture opportunities in a way that aligns and adapts to PRC customer capabilities, intelligence, and preference.

  • Creating the right business environment to engage business and ecosystem partners in fostering win-win partnerships.

  • Work closely with Qualcomm's across function/region teams to land the deals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall industry experience, with relevant PC companies Sales or Business Development experience. With project management and technical presales experiences are plus.

  • Deep knowledge of PC ecosystem, customer, vendors, product portfolio, and market trends.

  • Ability to deal with complex situations and drive collective productivity with an inclusive team.

  • Proven business strategy expertise to break new ground to radically drive revenue.

  • Proven ability to influence and partner at all leadership levels across ODMs, OEMs, key supply chain partners, diverse international cultures, and external entities.

  • Excellent teamwork/team building skills and proven leadership ability to influence across a highly matrixed cross-functional organizational environment.

  • Excellent communication skills – must be able to speak fluently in Mandarin and English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with proven ability to extract and articulate clear and concise key messages from detailed, complex, and often incongruent signals.

  • Bachelor's degree in science/engineering.
