Job Summary:

Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region



Onboarding -

  • Manage candidate’s record during onboarding
  • Coordinate with Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TA2) team for getting the candidate’s details up to set-up of their profiles in Employee Central
  • Update and maintain the onboarding portal and related systems
  • Support in sending of communications
  • Update of onboarding documents/ SharePoint
  • Development of innovative technical onboarding tools, automate the process
  • Continuous engagement of key Stakeholders (STC, Business), management and TA2
  • Provide status of onboarding to management
  • Troubleshoot issues and concerns
  • Stay up to date with changes in system and procedures

HR Organization System Support -

  • Responsible to update employee’s Success Factors with information such as but not limited to, Personal Information, Job Information, Separations, Long Term Time Off, Global Assignments, Contingent Worker
  • Monitor data sent from EC to local applications – EMAPI/PMD
  • Check daily EMAPI errors
  • Be consultant on EC related items. i.e. email related, data interface to local system/global system, concept of EC data and the impact of changing it
  • First level Escalation Layer of country incident, EC inquiry
  • Error Log validation and resolution
  • Purge request management
  • Workflow correction management in EC
  • Participate/POC for global initiated UAT's for EC related functionality changes/updates

  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities introducing automation and GenAI
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Time management and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure and with time constraints.

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed


Education:

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialization

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience
  • Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
  • Experience in Onboarding is preferred
  • Working in international and diverse environments
