JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Assist with training new Specialists to ensure strong understanding of policies, processes, and procedures.

2. Assist Bankruptcy Managers and give feedback in completing performance evaluations.

3. Recommend changes and improvements in procedures and assist in updates of policy and procedure guides.

4. Assist in on-going monitoring and providing feedback to Bankruptcy Production Specialists to ensure compliance with established procedures.

5. Assist in leading segments of team and group meetings.

6. Handle more complex issues arising from Bankruptcy Production Specialists.

7. Communicate regularly with the Bankruptcy Manager regarding progress of new teammates.

8. Assist in creating and analyzing production reports.

9. Excels in all facets of the duties and responsibilities of all other Bankruptcy Production Specialist roles.

10. Meet/exceed all performance metrics established by Bankruptcy and Default Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent

2. Two years of bankruptcy experience and/or...

3. Mastery of all skills expected at the Bankruptcy Production Specialist II roll.

4. Strong communications and analytical skills

5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

6. Solid understanding of bankruptcy procedures

7. Exceptional when participating in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Associate's paralegal degree or two years of legal secretarial or bankruptcy paralegal training, or

2. Bachelor's degree
