As a Business Resiliency Associate in the Operating Framework Analysis and Quality Assurance Team, you will have an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all lines of business and corporate functions. You will have the chance to build an effective network, hone problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills in an environment of active mentorship and coaching. You will also have the opportunity to further strengthen your analytical skills and explore opportunities with AI/ML. In this role, you will support the continuous improvement of the Firmwide Business Resiliency (FBR) Operating Framework and the expansion of the Quality Assurance program. You will work closely with all areas of the FBR organization and key LOB and CF stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement enhancements to the framework and operating model, inclusive of strategic tooling functionality.

Job responsibilities

  • Supports delivery of analytics on the business resiliency operating framework to drive continuous improvement
  • Drives the delivery of the Quality Assurance program, utilizing analytics to improve effectiveness of the firm’s resiliency program and essential outcomes
  • Communicates quality assurance results and supporting the provision of business resiliency subject matter expertise and advisory services across a broad stakeholder network
  • Drives innovation, improve processes, and identify efficiencies in the design and development of effective analysis tools
  • Keeps abreast of regulatory landscape and industry best practices to inform continuous strategic improvement and support integration of new regulatory requirements

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Broad understanding of Resiliency-related disciplines
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities and consistently meet deliverables
  • High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Acts with integrity and displays problem solving ability and resourcefulness
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Proficient with visualization tools (Tableau / Qlik Sense etc.)
  • Proficient in ETL/data manipulation tools (Alteryx)

  • Experience in Resiliency, Business Continuity, Risk and Controls, and/or Quality Assurance
