Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level with the right domain and subject expertise. The lead should demonstrate strong judgment and must be able to conduct in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions. The DA Platform lead is also required to think beyond existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas.
Responsibilities:
- Defines DA platform strategy, tech capabilities and manage its strategic roadmap to align with business priorities and readiness
- Leads efforts to drive Citi Digital Assets capabilities in a cross-business and cross-functional basis Be on the forefront of technological advances and drive deeper views into applications, capabilities and risks
- Actively engages in client and solution discussions as well as tech provider assessments
- Engages in internal and external stakeholder dialogues on tech considerations
- Provides business coverage for DLT CoE across the core policy framework and drives control requirements
- Provides strategic direction and feedback with respect to initiative or program creation, alignment to business goals, stakeholder management, executive communications
- Builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders, organizations and business heads
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meets business objectives
- Manages the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis
Qualifications:
- Expert in technological and business considerations for DLT / blockchain and related technologies
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred
