MediaConvert team is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineering professional who is strong in problem solving, passionate about algorithm design, has bias for action, and is a great team player. Knowledge of video related technologies is a plus but not a requirement.As a member of the team, you will contribute to all aspects of the software lifecycle: design, experimentation, implementation, and automated testing. Your code will process millions of video assets around the world, and countless viewers will enjoy the final output. You will be expected to dive deep, experiment rapidly, and deliver results autonomously.Key job responsibilities

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
