Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience working in a hardware engineering technical environment, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
5 years of experience building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
3 years of experience in technical leadership of direct reports in Mechanical Design or Test organization.
Preferred qualifications:
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience executing multi-component programs from planning to development to release.
Experience solving system issues and technical innovation.
Experience leading teams for breakthrough results.
