What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with internal and external customers, partners, and leadership to define an “AI Ready” roadmap for SCM systems that enables our customers to increase product development efficiency.
Lead a team to develop,deploy,and operate infrastructure, tools, and services forourlarge and continuouslygrowing SCMeco-system.
Fostera culture of operational excellence,encouragingteamsto continuouslystrivetoimprovethe customer experience and drive impactful results.
Regularly communicate program status. Accurately represent the importance of issues and call out issues appropriately. Be an enthusiast of data driven project management.
Lead, grow, and coach your team todevelop technical expertise, support their advancement, and prepare them to excel in new challenges.
Workwith customers, partners, and finance to forecast and manage the SCM budget, including deployments and refresh.
What we need to see:
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,or equivalent experience
8+ years overallrelevant experiencewith 4+ years of leadership experience
Track recordleadingan infrastructureteam to improve efficiency and reliability driven by critical metrics and customer focused KPIs.
Proficiency in project management includingrequirement gatheringplanning, scheduling, and staffing
Knowledgeof SCMmethodologieswith experience in GIT and/or Perforce
Abilityto evaluate modern hardware and software technologies, including AI assistants, to scale services and reduce operational overhead.
History of building automation toscale servicesandreduce operational overhead.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaborativelywith customers and across teams andorganizations.
Strong SWengineering process skills including development, test, and deploymentusinginfrastructure-as-codeand CI/CD automation.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Experience developing and leading adoption of comprehensiveIncident managementprocesses, including customer communication.
Expert level expertisebuilding and running large scalePerforce, Gerrit, GitLab,orGitHubinfrastructure.
Understanding of hardware design workflows (EDA tools and methodology)
Accountable for forecasting and budgeting.
