The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding, designing and delivering our clients transitions and transformations, ensuring that changes are implemented and adopted with confidence and proficiently. You will be responsible for leading design initiatives that prioritize the needs, behaviors, and experiences of users related to the changes identified. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute change experience strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored change experience strategies and delivery plans.
- Design and facilitate experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for change.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in change management.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses
- Support the growth of our team and investment in our practice by participating in team development activities.
What we look for
Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a consulting, change experience, organizational development, or a related role is highly desirable
- Knowledge in developing and implementing change experience strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
- Familiarity in conducting change impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
- Ability to develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.
- Demonstration in collaborating with project teams to integrate change experience activities into project plans.
- Knowledge with a SuccessFactors change program would be desireable but is not essential.
- Desirable but not essential; you are an Australian citizen with Baseline or above security clearance with the Australian Government Vetting Agency or ability to receive a clearance
