What you'll do...
You’ll make an impact by:
- Articulating a UX north star for this growing business.
- Delivering at the intersection of brilliant design, compelling user experience, and business value.
- Driving simple and cohesive user experience solutions across a portfolio of projects by translating business needs into actions and roadmaps.
- Synthesizing ideas from multiple sources and across industries and geographies to identify UX needs / opportunities (including quantitative consumer insights, qualitative customer research, existing customer behavior and feedback, future trends and forecasts, and competitive landscape).
- Participating in efforts to understand and address the root causes of customer behavior changes, including usability and brainstorming sessions.
- Designing scalable, dependable, extensible, and maintainable user experience frameworks and roadmaps.
- Balancing creativity with the heritage and design assets of Walmart; using best practices to guide the creation of patterns and styles and leveraging existing design libraries.
- Continuously improving the effectiveness of your designs and ways of working.
- Building an inclusive and exceptional team.
- Acting with urgency, taking ownership, and finding a way.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, UX / Design, Product Management or related field and 10 years’ experience in product management or related field OR 12 years’ experience in product management or related field. 6 years' experience building and leading high performing teams. 6 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...4 years’ supervisory experience.
